The candidate will be responsible for identifying new outlet opportunities, managing project execution, and ensuring smooth and timely outlet openings. Key Responsibilities1. New Outlet Expansion Identify and evaluate potential locations for new restaurant outlets. Conduct market research, location feasibility, and competitor analysis. Coordinate with landlords, property consultants, and relevant stakeholders. Support site selection, commercial discussions, and outlet expansion planning. 2. Pre-Opening Operations Manage end-to-end pre-opening procedures for new restaurant outlets. Coordinate with design, construction, kitchen, purchase, IT, HR, and operations teams. Prepare and monitor pre-opening timelines, budgets, and project milestones. Ensure timely completion of civil work, interiors, kitchen setup, equipment installation, and other requirements. Coordinate with licensing and compliance teams for necessary approvals. 3. Maintenance & Project Management Oversee maintenance and repair activities across existing outlets. Manage renovation, refurbishment, and expansion projects. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and service providers. Monitor project costs, quality, timelines, and execution. Ensure timely resolution of maintenance and infrastructure-related issues. 4. Business Development & Coordination Identify opportunities for business growth and restaurant expansion. Prepare project reports, budgets, and management updates. Coordinate with senior management for approvals and project decisions. Ensure all projects and outlet openings are executed efficiently. Skills Required Strong knowledge of restaurant outlet expansion and pre-opening procedures. Experience in project management and restaurant development. Vendor and contractor management. Knowledge of civil work, interiors, kitchen equipment, and MEP coordination. Budget planning and cost control. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project tracking. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of restaurant licensing and statutory requirements will be an added advantage.
