Business Development Manager (On-site in Cyprus)

We are looking for an analytical, structured Business Development Manager to build our network of providers, design tailored solutions for clients, and grow long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tailored offers for prospective clients together with the Sales team, based on client needs (B2B/C2B accounts, multi-currency solutions, acquiring, payouts, etc.).
• Take over clients after the first deal and act as their main point of contact.
• Identify new solutions on the market and proactively offer them to existing clients to grow revenue and retention.
• Keep provider and client information well organised and up to date.
• Source, onboard and manage relationships with payment providers, banks, EMIs, PSPs and crypto partners.
• Negotiate competitive commissions and terms with providers.
• Build and maintain a structured matrix of payment solutions covering all key GEOs, currencies and business types.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships or account management within payments (PSPs, EMIs, acquiring, banking), fintech or other high-risk industries. Payments experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, acquiring, banking and EMI services, and crypto-payment solutions.
• Existing network of PSPs, banks, EMIs or other payment providers is a strong advantage.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms and commissions with providers.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML requirements and client onboarding processes.
• Analytical, structured and detail-oriented, able to dig into complex client needs and turn them into concrete solutions.
• Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory. We offer
