Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a business development plan aligned with agency targets. * Identify and qualify prospects across relevant UAE sectors. * Build relationships with marketing leaders, procurement teams and other decision-makers. * Secure introductory meetings and communicate MediaBase’s capabilities clearly. * Gather client requirements and develop actionable briefs for the media team. * Coordinate proposals, pitches and tender submissions with internal stakeholders. * Negotiate commercial terms within approved authority and margin guidelines. * Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, including opportunity value, stage, next steps and expected close date. * Provide realistic sales forecasts and regular progress reports. * Coordinate a complete handover of won accounts to client servicing and delivery teams. * Identify cross-selling opportunities across React Group. * Support commercial issue resolution and collections where client relationships require involvement. Requirements: * Typically 5–8 years of business development experience in media, advertising or agency services. * Demonstrated success winning business in the UAE. * Relevant relationships with marketing and procurement decision-makers. * Understanding of integrated media planning, buying and campaign services. * Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills. * Experience with CRM systems and structured sales reporting. * Ability to discuss budgets, agency fees, margins and payment terms confidently. * Fluent English Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - How many years of business development experience do you have within media, advertising, or agency services? - Have you successfully won new business in the UAE market? - Do you have an established network of marketing, procurement, or senior decision-makers in the UAE? - Do you have experience selling media, advertising, or integrated agency services? - Have you independently managed the full business development cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and closing? - Do you have experience preparing or coordinating pitches, proposals, and tender submissions? - Are you comfortable discussing client budgets, agency fees, margins, payment terms, and commercial negotiations? - Have you used a CRM system to manage pipeline value, sales stages, next steps, and forecasting? - Do you have a good understanding of integrated media planning, buying, and campaign services?
