Reporting to the Regional Director, Malaysia & Indonesia, you will assist in building relationships with brands, agencies, publishers, and media owners. You will introduce AI-powered solutions that improve marketing performance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and passionate about ad tech, AI, and digital media. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Relationships - Assist in building relationships with contacts across brands, agencies, and publishers. - Identify new leads and build a sales pipeline. - Support expanding the presence of Adzymic with strategic partners. - Learn client marketing goals and recommend appropriate solutions. Sales & Execution - Support the sales cycle from lead qualification to drafting proposals. - Work toward revenue targets with team guidance. - Collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to support campaigns. - Draft commercial proposals combining creative technology, AI, and media activation. Industry & Market Engagement - Attend industry events and networking sessions with the team. - Track trends in AI, programmatic media, retail media, CTV, and DOOH. - Share client feedback with internal teams to aid product development. Sales Operations - Maintain an accurate CRM and sales pipeline. - Prepare regular sales reports and account plans. - Assist regional leadership with growth initiatives. Desired Experience & Skills Minimum - 3-5 years of experience or internships in digital advertising, media, ad tech, or business development. - Good understanding of digital media concepts, programmatic advertising, or creative ad tech. - Ability to review media plans and assist in identifying opportunities for clients. Preferred - Familiarity with advertising measurement or digital marketing tools. - Internship experience involving media sales, client support, or marketing solutions. - Familiarity with the Malaysian digital media landscape. Core Competencies - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Eager to learn, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative in a team. - Enthusiastic about programmatic media, AI advertising, and emerging digital marketing trends.
