The successful candidate will be responsible for luxury product sourcing, supplier relationship management, B2B business development, and Korean e-commerce operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the luxury retail and resale markets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities across international markets. Key Responsibilities Luxury Product Sourcing & Procurement - Source and procure luxury fashion, leather goods, watches, and jewelry through Hong Kong retail stores and established supplier networks. - Develop and maintain relationships with luxury retailers, jewelry suppliers, and sourcing partners. - Negotiate competitive purchasing prices, commercial terms, and supply agreements. - Coordinate product quality control, authenticity verification, and procurement processes. B2B Business Development - Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with luxury resale companies, retailers, and distributors in South Korea. - Establish and manage long-term partnerships with Korean business clients. - Develop sourcing and supply strategies to support business growth and profitability. - Manage cross-border business communications and commercial negotiations between Hong Kong and South Korea. E-Commerce & Sales Channel Management - Oversee Korean online sales channels, including Naver Smart Store, Naver Café, and other relevant e-commerce platforms. - Manage product listings, pricing strategies, inventory coordination, and online merchandising. - Optimize sales operations and identify opportunities to improve channel performance. Market Research & Business Expansion - Monitor Korean luxury resale market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand. - Identify emerging product categories and business opportunities, particularly in fine jewelry and luxury accessories. - Evaluate potential suppliers, distribution partnerships, and new sourcing channels. - Develop strategies to expand the company's presence in the Korean luxury market. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, jewelry sourcing, merchandising, buying, or business development. - Strong knowledge of luxury fashion, fine jewelry, and/or the secondary luxury market. - Hands-on experience managing Korean e-commerce platforms such as Naver Smart Store, Coupang, or similar channels. - Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with overseas suppliers and business partners. - Experience in international sourcing, procurement, or cross-border business operations. - Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and relationship management capabilities. - Proficiency in Korean and English, both written and spoken. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to business growth. Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in B2B business operations between Hong Kong and South Korea. - Established networks within the luxury fashion, jewelry, or resale industries. - Experience in luxury product authentication, quality control, and pricing analysis. - Familiarity with the Korean luxury resale market and its distribution channels.
