We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for our fit-out and joinery division. Job Summary The BDM will be responsible for generating new business, managing a strong client portfolio, and driving deal closures within the fit-out and joinery sector, while consistently meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities Drive new business development initiatives to generate leads and expand market share. Develop, manage, and grow a robust portfolio of clients across the UAE. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client engagement to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and high client retention. Collaborate closely with design, projects, and operations teams to align proposals with client requirements. Prepare accurate quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts. Represent the company professionally in client meetings, site visits, and industry engagements. Requirements 4–5 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE, preferably in fit-out, interior joinery, or construction/interiors. Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and close high-value deals. Existing client network within the UAE fit-out/interiors market strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
