Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Location: UAE Job Type: Full-time, In person Salary: AED 8,000–10,000 per month + Commission

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and secure interior fit-out and turnkey projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and secure new interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, developers, project management companies and corporate clients.
• Identify opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, meetings, tenders and industry events.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate with estimation and design teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Manage prequalification, tender, BOQ and RFP opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable contracts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular progress reports.
• Coordinate project handover and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE business development experience in interior fit-out, joinery, construction or turnkey projects.
• Proven track record of personally securing fit-out projects and achieving sales targets.
• Strong network with UAE consultants, architects, developers and corporate clients.
• Good knowledge of tenders, prequalification, BOQs, RFPs and commercial proposals.
• Understanding of interior fit-out processes, contracts and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and develop business independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
