Drive sales by opening New Doors. 2. Ensure New Doors are actively re-ordering. 3. Build strong relationships with framesi Elite customers. 4. Build strong relationships with Armstrong McCall (AMLP) franchisees and owners across key markets by presenting the value of framesi products, sales programs, and marketing campaigns. Gain franchisee support and commitment to expand framesi distribution, open New Doors, increase product placement, and drive sustainable sales growth within the Armstrong McCall network. 5. Assist with AMLP owner buy-in on planning/scheduling/executing framesi New Door Activity based events, such as Latest Trends Events, etc. 6. Schedule education with Elite customers. 7. Work with the framesi National Sales Manager in planning of all Color Drives, Sales meetings and Detailing activity that will include all Framesi Technicians in the assigned Region. 8. Work closely with top DSCs to build strong relationships and open New Doors 9. Analyze AMLP sales and purchase reports to identify key markets with the most potential for growth. 10. Managing New Product launches and presentations, sell-in and sell-through in key markets. 11. Analyze active AMLP Framesi New Door and other sales incentive plans for owners and execute updates/change recommendations throughout AMLP franchisees once approved. 12. Attend and lead distributor sales meetings, regional meetings, and leadership meetings. 13. Assist in Scheduling, management, execution and follow up for all Distributor Education programs. 14. Request special events for Elite salons, via written request & proposal, as needed to the Education Dept. 15. Assist in service and Management of all New Door Education follow up. 16. Recruit new Framesi Technicians and candidates. 17. Consistent communication with all Framesi Technicians within the assigned Region. Conducting update classes with Technicians as warranted. 18. Conduct strategic distributor store visits as directed. 19. Consistent contact and maintaining relationships with framesi North America upper management with periodic business plans, follow up reporting, via email and through phone calls. 20. Maintain a professional image concurrent to the framesi North America policies. 21. Centrally located in Texas is ideal. 22. Overnight travel is required. Position Accountabilities: 1. Permanent New Color Door sales. 2. Actively working in the field 5 (five) days per week. 3. Prepare and maintain a productive route for New Doors and Elite customers. 4. Weekly activity reporting which includes, but is not limited to: New Door activity, Detailing activity, Elite activity, Color Drive activity, Education activity, Demo activity, future Demo activity and follow up/scheduling of all education events. 5. The minimum hourly requirement for a full-time employee is an 8-hour day, 40-hour work week, plus occasional weekends as required by the job. 6. Updated 6 week look ahead planner/calendar by 15th of each month. 6 week planner starts on 1st of the following month. 7.
