Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-driven, business development environment. Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business opportunities within the UAE market. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, agencies, and key decision-makers. - Source and secure new PR, events, conferences, exhibitions, activations, and experiential projects. - Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches. - Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements. - Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals. - Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. - Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships. - Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking opportunities, and business meetings. Requirements - Proven UAE experience in business development within the PR, events, experiential marketing, advertising, or related industry. - Demonstrated track record of generating leads and closing new business. - Strong existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers in the UAE. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong understanding of the UAE PR and events market. - Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working independently. - Ability to work on a commission-only basis. - Existing client relationships and a strong business network will be highly advantageous.
