You manage your own time and network. What we build Villas, warehouses, steel structures and sheds, fit-out, and packages for developers and main contractors. Your role: lead generation and business development - Generate leads through your network of clients, engineering consultants, architects, developers and main contractors. - Get HAO on consultants’ tender lists and bring in invitations to tender. - Arrange meetings and introduce HAO to decision-makers. - Follow every lead through to a signed contract, together with the owners. Requirements - 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the UAE construction industry. - An established, active network of clients, consultants, architects and developers. - A proven track record. You can name projects you brought in. - Good knowledge of tenders, BOQs and contracts. - Fluent English. Arabic and/or Chinese is a big plus. - UAE driving licence and own car.
