The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, developers, consultants, facility management companies, industrial clients, and project decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors. Identify upcoming projects requiring scaffolding, access solutions, and temporary works. Build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, procurement teams, and project managers. Generate enquiries and arrange client meetings. Understand project requirements and coordinate with technical and estimation teams. Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions. Develop long-term relationships with key accounts. Monitor upcoming tenders and construction opportunities. Maintain a strong sales pipeline. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis. Coordinate with operations and project teams after award. Prepare regular business development reports for management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum 4–7 years of business development or sales experience within construction. Experience in scaffolding, temporary works, formwork, access systems, contracting, or construction services is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market. Existing relationships with contractors and developers are an advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to review commercial requirements and project enquiries. Target-driven and capable of managing multiple opportunities. Valid UAE driving licence preferred. Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
