This role is ideal for candidates who have worked with distributors, system integrators (SIs), MSSPs, and resellers, and understand how to build pipeline through partners— not direct sales. Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Reporting to: Head of Business – Malaysia Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: - Channel Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, onboard new partners, and achieve sales targets. - Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, conduct regular business reviews, and provide training and support to partners. - Sales & Revenue Growth: Create and implement joint go-to-market strategies, support deal registration, and explore upselling opportunities. - Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, track competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. - Training & Enablement: Deliver partner training sessions, provide sales tools, and organize marketing events to enhance partner performance. - Performance Tracking: Monitor partner sales performance, generate reports, and utilize CRM tools for data-driven decisions. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing. - Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, preferably within the IT sector. - Proven experience in Cybersecurity solutions and channel ecosystems. - Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency.
