Key Responsibilities - Develop new business opportunities for laboratory material testing services. - Identify and approach clients in construction, infrastructure, contracting, and engineering sectors. - Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key clients. - Promote geotechnical, soil, concrete, aggregate, and construction material testing services. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers. - Follow up on leads, tenders, and client requirements to secure new projects. - Achieve business development targets and increase laboratory revenue. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities. - Coordinate with laboratory and technical teams to meet client requirements. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in business development or sales within laboratory material testing, geotechnical, or construction testing services. - Strong network of clients in the UAE construction and infrastructure sector. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills. - Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets. - UAE driving licence is an advantage. - UAE experience is preferred.
