Drive patient referrals and increase In-patient admissions across Sukino centres. Generate business by creating awareness about Sukino's continuum care, rehabilitation and recovery services. Build and maintain strong one-to-one relationships with treating doctors, referral doctors, hospitals and other referral sources. Identify new referral opportunities and develop new channels for patient acquisition. Plan and execute doctor visits, referral meetings, hospital tie-ups, awareness programmes and other marketing activities. Develop and implement territory-wise sales and referral strategies to maximise market reach. Regularly track referral leads, conversions, admissions and revenue generated from referral channels. Work closely with Centre Heads, Medical, Nursing, Therapy and Marketing teams to ensure smooth conversion and patient onboarding. Gather market intelligence and competitor information to identify opportunities for business growth. Work with the Head of Department to conceptualise and implement new business development initiatives. Ensure a consistent and professional representation of Sukino's services while engaging with external stakeholders.
