The candidate should have a strong network and proven experience in generating business, acquiring clients, pitching proposals and closing wedding/event projects . Hands-on experience in managing mid-size and large-scale events is essential. The candidate should understand both business development and end-to-end event execution , including client management, vendors, logistics, production and on-ground coordination. Key requirements: 5+ years of wedding/event industry experience Proven business development & sales experience Strong client network and lead-generation ability Experience handling mid/large-scale events Strong negotiation & communication skills Practical knowledge of event execution Willingness to travel for client meetings/events Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive performance incentives. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
