Business Development Manager – Forex Media & Partnerships Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site) | Full-time

About Us We are a Dubai-based media and education company serving the Forex industry. We provide marketing and media services to Forex brokers, deliver professional Forex trading education, and operate as a Master IB, building and growing trader communities for our broker partners.

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong Forex industry background. You will sell our marketing and media services to brokers, grow our Master IB network, and promote our trading education programs. Because you already understand how brokers, IBs, and traders work, you will be able to start building relationships and closing deals from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch and sell our marketing and media services (content, campaigns, social media, video production) to Forex brokers and fintech companies
• Expand our Master IB business by recruiting and managing sub-IBs, affiliates, and community leaders
• Negotiate IB agreements, rebate structures, and partnership terms with brokers
• Promote and sell our Forex training and education programs to individuals, trading communities, and corporate partners
• Grow active traders, net deposits, and trading volume through our IB network
• Build long-term relationships with broker partners and key accounts
• Represent the company at Forex expos, industry events, and networking functions
• Work closely with our media, marketing, and education teams to design proposals and campaigns for partners
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and report insights to management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of business development, sales, or partnerships experience in the Forex / CFD industry (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of how brokers, IBs, affiliates, and rebate models work
• Existing network of brokers, IBs, or trader communities is a strong advantage
• Experience selling marketing, media, or education services to brokers is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent English; Arabic, Korean, or other languages is a plus
• Based in Dubai

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
