Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity Distribution

Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE | Fully Remote

AED 20-25,000 + commission

Although the role is fully remote, candidates must already be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and have existing connections out here, as travel for client and partner meetings is required.

Are you a cybersecurity sales professional who enjoys building partnerships, developing new business and taking specialist security technologies to market?

I'm working with a specialist cybersecurity value-added distributor looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support its continued growth across the UAE and wider GCC.

The business works with international cybersecurity vendors, resellers and systems integrators, helping bring innovative security solutions to market across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Driving new business development and expanding the channel partner network across the UAE and GCC.
• Building relationships with resellers, systems integrators, MSSPs and technology vendors.
• Identifying new opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
• Supporting partner-led sales, including opportunity qualification, proposals, pricing and deal registration.
• Developing business plans to achieve revenue, pipeline and gross margin targets.
• Working closely with vendors and technical teams on go-to-market strategies and sales initiatives.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities and increasing adoption of the cybersecurity portfolio.

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years' experience in cybersecurity or IT distribution, channel sales, business development or account management.
• Experience within a cybersecurity distributor, technology vendor, systems integrator or MSSP.
• A proven ability to develop new business, build pipelines and achieve sales targets.
• Existing relationships with cybersecurity channel partners across the UAE or wider GCC.
• An understanding of technologies such as IAM, authentication, PAM, PKI, cloud security or security operations.
• Strong commercial awareness, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
