We are looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our business in the architecture, and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally and promote its services to potential clients.
• Identify and secure new projects and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Actively generate new leads and convert them into successful projects.
• Arrange client meetings, present company services, and negotiate business deals.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, client meetings, and project opportunities.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Architecture background or degree in Architecture is highly preferred.
• Experience in business development, sales, or client relations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive personality with excellent networking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary + performance-based commission percentage.
