Business Development Manager
Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, online research, and industry contacts. Generate leads and convert them into new clients and recurring business. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Meet monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets. Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities. Prepare and present company services, proposals, quotations, and business presentations. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients while maintaining company profitability. Follow up regularly with leads, quotations, and potential projects until closure. Client Meetings & Relationship Management Attend client meetings to understand their requirements and business objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial enquiry through project completion. Understand client requirements for printing, branding, social media, promotional materials, signage, and related services. Provide professional advice and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs and budget. Maintain excellent client relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle client feedback, concerns, and requests professionally. Operations & Project Coordination Coordinate with the design, production, printing, social media, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project timelines, deadlines, production status, and delivery schedules. Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to the relevant internal teams. Follow up with suppliers, production teams, and other service providers when required. Ensure projects are completed according to agreed specifications, quality standards, and deadlines. Resolve operational issues quickly and communicate delays or changes to clients when necessary. Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, orders, client communications, and project status.
