We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our real estate development company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development, relationship management, corporate sales, or client acquisition , with a strong preference for candidates who have previously worked with a currency exchange, money exchange, remittance, financial services or related company . Candidates with experience in currency exchange businesses will be particularly valued for their understanding of high-volume customer environments, financial transactions, corporate relationships, international clients, remittance networks, and relationship-driven business development . Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company's real estate projects. - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, business owners, brokers, financial institutions and other potential referral partners . - Develop strategic partnerships and referral channels that can generate qualified real estate leads. - Leverage existing professional networks and market relationships to identify potential buyers and investors. - Research market opportunities and identify new customer segments for the company's real estate developments. - Develop and execute business development strategies to increase lead generation and sales opportunities. - Establish relationships with companies and organizations whose employees, customers, or networks may have an interest in real estate investment. - Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to convert business development opportunities into qualified leads and transactions. - Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide regular reports on business development activities and opportunities. - Attend networking events, industry meetings, exhibitions and business forums to expand the company's network. - Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, market trends and emerging business opportunities. - Negotiate and develop commercial partnerships in line with company objectives. - Maintain professional relationships with existing clients and partners to encourage repeat business and referrals. Preferred Industry Background We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in: - Currency Exchange / Money Exchange - Remittance Companies - Foreign Exchange (FX) - Financial Services - Banking - Fintech / Payment Services - Corporate Sales / Relationship Management - Insurance or other relationship-driven financial businesses Experience within a currency exchange center or exchange house will be considered a strong advantage. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. - 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, relationship management, corporate sales, or a related commercial role. - Experience in currency exchange, remittance, banking, financial services, or fintech is highly preferred. - Proven ability to generate leads and develop new business relationships. - Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills. - Commercially minded with a strong understanding of client acquisition and relationship development. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, marketing, and management teams. - Strong knowledge of the UAE business environment and professional network is an advantage.
