Job Summary

Kalandoor Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales and secure new projects in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong UAE market network, proven project acquisition experience, and the ability to build long-term client relationships and achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and construction sectors.
• Generate leads and secure projects from developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify upcoming projects and participate in tendering and bidding opportunities.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on proposals to convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective projects.
• Prepare regular business development reports and sales forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in business development or sales within the interior fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong network of clients, consultants, architects, developers, and contractors in the UAE.
• Proven track record of securing interior fit-out projects and generating new business.
• Strong understanding of the UAE interior fit-out market and project tendering processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, achieve sales targets, and manage multiple business opportunities.
