What You’ll Do - Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase revenue. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key accounts, and industry stakeholders. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential customers. - Present company products and solutions to prospective clients through compelling sales presentations. - Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and lead-generation initiatives. - Negotiate contracts, manage sales opportunities, and close deals to achieve or exceed targets. - Monitor sales performance, maintain an updated pipeline, and prepare regular business development reports. - Contribute to strategic initiatives that support the company’s long-term growth. - Explore new product lines, markets, and potential revenue streams. What We’re Looking For - At least 10 years of experience in business development or sales management, preferably in manufacturing, trading, or industrial sectors. - A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and business development targets. - Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and contract management skills. - Solid understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior. - Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. - Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels. - A proactive, results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Willing to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City.
