We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong UAE market knowledge and a proven track record in B2B sales. Responsibilities - Identify and target potential businesses across the UAE. - Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, networking, and business events. - Connect with business owners, CEOs, GMs, IT managers, and other decision-makers. - Arrange client meetings and present DIGIT-IT’s services. - Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities. - Coordinate proposals and quotations with our team. - Negotiate and close new business. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Attend exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. - Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates. - Stay updated with UAE business, digital, social media, and market trends. Requirements - 4–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales. - Strong UAE market experience is required. - Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals. - Experience in IT, digital marketing, software, website development, or technology sales is preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills. - Confident dealing with business owners and senior decision-makers. - Active professional social media presence and awareness of current market trends. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. - Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred. Compensation: AED 4,000 + Commission If you have proven UAE sales experience and can bring new business, we would like to hear from you.
