Business Development Manager
Job Purpose: To plan and execute professional business development strategies in accordance with approved Company goals, policies, operating guidelines and procedures and ensure that these strategies meet target objectives, allocated budgets, planned growth schedules and approved quality standards. Responsibilities: Provide the required leadership to enable the Company’s growth and business development effectively and efficiently. As far as directed by the Managing Director; Act as the Company’s main contact with existing and potential Clients and be responsible for maintaining an effective and positive relationship with them. Plan and execute the necessary growth planning and marketing measures to promote the Company’s services and achieve the set goals and assure that these goals are met to the Company’s quality standards. Plan and execute the planning for venturing into new markets, establish the necessary measures to realize the opening of new offices and maintain adequate relations with other stake holders, in line with Company’s approved policies. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Knowledgeable experience in all requirements of design operations to all disciplines; i.e. architecture, structure and engineering. Substantial understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the Company and its associates. Demonstrate creativity, dynamic out-reach character, foresight, and mature professional judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems. Young and proactive professional with outgoing personality. Qualification & Experience : Equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Registered Architect from a reputed university. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, of which a minimum of 5 years as a Business Development Manager. Multi bilingual; fluent in Arabic and English languages is a must. Knowledge of other languages is an added benefit. Excellent communication, writing and computer skills. Willing and able to travel within the region and beyond. Having a PMP Certificate is an advantage. Well versed with IT and digital presentation tools, architectural and graphics software as well as web-based applications. Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
