Business Development Manager

Salary: AED 5,000/month + Attractive Commission on Every Successful Closing

Baavee Global FZC LLC is looking for a confident, target-driven Business Development Manager who can identify potential clients, pitch our services and generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through social media, online research, networking and cold calling.
• Analyse business social media pages and identify opportunities for our services.
• Pitch content creation, video production, social media management, personal branding and lead generation services.
• Connect with decision-makers, arrange meetings, present our services and convert prospects into clients.
• Follow up with leads and coordinate successful client handovers with the internal team.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or business development, preferably in a media or digital marketing agency.
• Excellent communication, pitching and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing services.
• Proactive, confident and focused on achieving targets.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings across Dubai and the UAE.
