# BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - ANIMAL FEED INDUSTRY **HR Recruiting Services** · เขตบางกอกน้อย, กรุงเทพฯ · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Qualifications: - Thai nationality is required for this position - Minimum 3 years feed industry experience (Thailand) - 3-5 years experience in: Feed additives, Feed ingredients, Premixes, Animal health products - Experience in selling the following products would be highly advantageous: Enzymes, Organic minerals, Gut health products, Acidifiers, Mycotoxin binders, Specialty additives - Industry Network - Must have established relationships with decision makers within Thailand's: Major feed manufacturers, Integrators, Swine producers, Poultry producers, Aquaculture companies - Skills Business development, Negotiation, Technical sales, Market analysis, Territory management, Presentation skills - Fluent in Thai and English languages, both oral and written Duties and Responsibilities 1. Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities within: · Feed mills · Integrators · Premix manufacturers · Distributors · Aquaculture companies Build and maintain relationships with: · Nutritionists · Technical managers · Purchasing managers · Feed mill managers · Company executives Conduct regular customer visits and presentations. Generate and manage sales pipeline. 2. Sales Management Achieve annual sales and gross margin targets. Develop sales forecasts and market plans. Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements. Manage quotations, contracts, and customer onboarding. Coordinate inventory planning with management. Submit visit logs and other reports on time. 3. Technical & Market Development Work closely with customer nutritionists to position products. Organize technical seminars and customer meetings. Support field trials and product evaluations. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations. 4. Regulatory & Supply Chain Support Coordinate with regulatory consultants regarding product registrations. Assist management in identifying local manufacturing or logistics opportunities. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ฿40,000.00 - ฿60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
