Generate and qualify sales leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender submissions. Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Support negotiations and follow up on business opportunities to secure contracts. Coordinate with operations, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Attend meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's products and services. Achieve individual and team sales and business development targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and market developments. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar role. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with CRM systems is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
