Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Business Development Managers. - Lead collaboration and strategic planning with principals and the Sales team. - Oversee the planning and execution of business and marketing initiatives with principals. - Provide primary leadership in Marketing, with secondary coordination in Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. - Postgraduate degree is an advantage. - At least 10 years of management experience , preferably with a background in Sales and Marketing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong leadership, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
