You will build relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retail partners, and help them choose, serve, and sell great coffee. This role suits someone who loves specialty coffee and knows how to turn that passion into long-term accounts. Key Responsibilities - Identify and win new wholesale and B2B accounts, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, catering companies, corporate offices, and retailers - Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, keeping reorder rates and account value high - Run product presentations and cuppings to introduce our roasts, origins, and blends - Recommend coffee programs, grind settings, and brewing methods suited to each client's menu and equipment - Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and contracts, and negotiate terms within agreed limits - Coordinate with the roasting, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery and consistent quality - Track pipeline, visits, and sales activity in the CRM and report on progress against targets - Gather market feedback on competitors, pricing, and trends, and share it with the team - Represent the brand at trade events, tastings, and industry exhibitions Requirements - Coffee Speciality sales experience, ideally in coffee - Solid knowledge of coffee, including origins, roast profiles, and brewing methods - A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Arabic - A valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the Emirates - Comfort with Odoo and Microsoft Office - An existing network of hospitality or café contacts in the UAE is a strong advantage What We Offer - Competitive base salary plus commission or performance incentives - Visa, medical insurance, and annual flight allowance - Transport or fuel allowance - Product training, cupping sessions, and coffee education - Opportunities to grow into senior sales or account management roles Please do not apply if you do not have experience with coffee sales How to Apply Send your CV and a short note on why you would be a great fit to hr@flavacoffee.com, with the subject line "Sales Specialist, Roasted Coffee."
