The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, securing long-term rental contracts, and expanding the company’s client base within construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure rental opportunities for heavy vehicles and construction equipment (excavators, backhoe loaders, cranes, dump trucks, trailers, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and site engineers. Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, networking, and tender portals. Prepare competitive quotations, rental agreements, and commercial proposals. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions. Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Coordinate with operations, fleet, and maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability and timely deployment. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming projects. Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3–6 years of UAE experience in heavy vehicle/equipment rental sales. Strong network within construction and infrastructure companies in UAE. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Knowledge of rental pricing models and project-based contracts. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
