Business Development Executive (Fresher)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and develop business opportunities.
• Handle internal sales and outdoor customer visits.
• Manage customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations and follow-ups.
• Build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research and marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma, Engineering Degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory) and Hindi.
• Strong lead generation, sales, and business development skills.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Female candidates preferred.
