Business Development Executive (Forex Tech)

About the Role

Hybrid Solutions provides forex brokers with a complete technology ecosystem: trading platform, liquidity bridge, CRM, branded mobile and web apps, and VertexPro Social. As a Business Development Executive, you will bring this offering to new and existing broker clients, with a focus on Arabic-speaking markets. You will own the client journey from first conversation to signed agreement, working closely with our product and onboarding teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective brokers, fintech firms and trading companies through calls, meetings, events and digital channels.
• Run discovery calls and product demos, then recommend the right solution for each client.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Represent VertexPro at industry expos and summits, and follow up on the leads generated.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Work with the Technical, Support and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong business communication in both.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B business development or client acquisition.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, with a track record of meeting monthly and quarterly targets in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Based in the UAE. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Preferred (a plus):

• Experience working with start-up or established forex brokerages.
• Familiarity with trading platforms, liquidity bridges or CRM systems.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
