Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential schools and management institutions for partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with school heads, trustees, and decision-makers. Engage decision-makers through calls, emails, personal visits, and presentations. Promote and position innovative learning solutions effectively. Maintain accurate records of all sales opportunities. Represent SeadNXT at education events, conferences, and seminars. Work closely with leadership to develop and implement business development strategies. Skills You Will Need Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion ability. Confidence in building client relationships. Sales-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach. Time management and organizational skills. High energy, self-driven, and result-focused attitude. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
