We enable users to earn and spend through user-generated content (UGC), turning everyday users into brand ambassadors and helping brands drive authentic engagement through social media. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team. You’ll support our business development efforts by identifying brand opportunities, conducting industry research, and engaging with senior marketing professionals to bring leading brands onto the WYLD platform. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct industry, market, and competitor research - Identify and qualify potential brand partners through outreach - Connect with CMOs and Marketing Heads via email, LinkedIn, and calls - Assist in drafting proposals and managing follow-ups - Tailor outreach strategies based on UGC and social media trends - Track and manage leads and pipelines using Excel and internal tools Qualifications: - Strong research and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Basic knowledge of Excel and data handling - Understanding of social media platforms and UGC trends - Ability to work independently and interact with senior stakeholders - Open to freshers, recent graduates, and college students in Business, Marketing, or related fields - Flexible working hours available for college students What You'll Gain: - Flexible schedule (for college students only) - Opportunity to work directly with brand leaders and marketing professionals - Hands-on exposure to influencer marketing and B2B partnerships - Mentorship across growth, marketing, and strategy functions - Chance to contribute to a Shark Tank-backed, high-growth startup How to Apply: Submit your resume along with a brief note on why you’d be a great fit for this role.
