Job Description: Veloche is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in joinery, interior fit-out, and exhibition stand projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and generating sales to support the company's growth in the UAE market.Candidates must have a strong understanding of the UAE interior fit-out, joinery, and exhibitions industry, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in joinery, interior fit-out, and exhibition projects.
• Generate leads and establish relationships with potential clients, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote the company's services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the internal team.
• Follow up on leads, tenders, and quotations to convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
• Develop and maintain a strong client database and build long-term business relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects across the UAE.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation, production, and project execution teams to ensure smooth client communication.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the joinery, interior fit-out, exhibition stands, or interior contracting industry .
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and established industry contacts will be an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business opportunities.
• Strong networking, follow-up, and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
