Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, property managers, and facility management companies. Promote maintenance, fit-out, and technical services. Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and convert leads into business. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client service. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of UAE experience in BDE/Sales, preferably in maintenance, fit-out, construction, FM, or technical services. Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. UAE market knowledge and proven lead-generation ability.
