The role focuses on market expansion, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.5 years or more than of experience in business development (Construction/GCC preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge of KSA construction market.Target-oriented and self-motivated.Valid driving license preferred. Applicant Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in KSA market.Generate leads and convert them into projects.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.Coordinate with estimation and technical teams during bidding stage.Attend industry events and networking meetings.Monitor project pipeline and maintain CRM database.
