This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of developing new business and play a key role in growing our commercial customer base. What you'll be doing Warm Lead Management Calling warm leads that come directly into the business mainly from Meta Ads. Following up enquiries and converting them into bookings Tracking leads through the customer journey Following up with customers who haven't booked We are currently receiving around 560 residential leads per month. Customer Development Contacting previous customers to generate repeat bookings Creating campaigns to bring lost customers back Identifying opportunities for additional services Helping maximise the value of our existing customer database Commercial Business Development This will be a major focus of the role. We're looking to significantly grow the commercial side of our operations. you'll be responsible for building a pipeline of new commercial opportunities. You'll be: Researching potential commercial clients Contacting business owners and decision makers Generating new commercial leads Building relationships with potential clients Following leads through from first contact to completed job Developing long-term commercial relationships Targeting offices, property managers, landlords, hotels, facilities managers and other larger commercial clients Salary & Commission £26,000 basic salary + 10% commission on profit from commercial jobs you generate. The warm Meta leads provided by the company do not carry commission , as these are already-generated enquiries. Your commission comes from the new commercial business you generate. There is NO CAP on your commission. The more profitable commercial work you bring into the business, the more you can earn. We're looking for someone who is hungry, proactive and motivated by results . You don't need to be a carpet-cleaning expert — we'll teach you the business. We're looking for someone who can sell, build relationships and create opportunities. The ideal candidate Previous sales/business development experience preferred Confident speaking to customers and businesses Excellent telephone manner Highly organised Persistent and comfortable with follow-up Commercially minded Motivated by targets and earning potential Able to work independently Not afraid of rejection Someone who wants to grow with a business We're looking for someone who wants to build a commercial sales pipeline, win new business and make serious money as the company grows.
