The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution. Business Development & Sales Support Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling company services. Generate referrals and business opportunities through existing client relationships. Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Support the sales team in converting leads into successful business transactions. Customer Service & Account Management Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication. Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor client feedback and recommend service improvements. Reporting & Compliance Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client activity reports. Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company policies. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Monitor service quality and client engagement metrics. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Banking, Financial Services, Real Estate, Insurance, or Corporate Services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Preferred Experience For companies such as Clicks 2 Compare Banking Consultants: Experience in Banking, Mortgage, SME Finance, Corporate Banking, Insurance, or Company Formation services. Knowledge of UAE banking products and financial services. Existing network of clients and referral partners is an advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Client retention rate. Customer satisfaction score. Number of client meetings and follow-ups conducted. Revenue generated from existing clients. Cross-selling and referral generation. Lead conversion rate. Achievement of monthly business targets.
