Conduct in-depth market research and gather intelligence to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Build and maintain an accurate database of strategic networks and alliances within the industry. Research, identify, and analyze customer requirements, including product applications, service expectations, buying cycles, delivery schedules, and pricing structures. Use this information to secure and enhance business opportunities and identify potential clients. Provide both pre- and post-sales services to ensure strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Participate in client events and organize networking opportunities to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business goals. Promote a positive image and reputation of the company to clients and industry stakeholders. Directly report to the Business and Product Manager. Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the superior. Job Requirement: Degree in Science , Food Technology or any related may apply. 1 to 2 years working experience in Business Development in F& B industry or related working experience. Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer relation management with high proficiency in verbal and written English. Strong analytical skills and able to evaluate, form logical conclusions and reason with facts. Good in IT skills. Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.
