We are looking for a motivated, target-oriented and technically knowledgeable Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to business growth.

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the electrical industry. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of electrical products, particularly control panels, distribution boards (DBs) and related electrical materials, along with strong sales and business development capabilities.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, generating sales leads and expanding the company's customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electrical and construction sectors.
• Generate leads and actively approach potential clients, contractors, consultants, MEP companies and electrical contractors.
• Promote and sell electrical products, including control panels, distribution boards (DBs) and other electrical materials.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical products and solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and sales enquiries.
• Conduct client visits, meetings and business development activities.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the electrical industry.
• Good technical knowledge of electrical products, particularly control panels, distribution boards (DBs) and related electrical materials.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify potential customers and independently generate sales leads
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
