Business Development Executive

We are hiring a proactive Business Development Executive to generate new business for car parking shades, tents, tensile structures, pergolas and steel fabrication works.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers and facility management companies.
• Generate leads through calls, site visits, networking and vendor registrations.
• Arrange client meetings, understand requirements and coordinate quotations with our estimation team.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms and secure confirmed orders.
• Take ownership of opportunities from first contact through order confirmation and support payment collection.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly sales reports.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE sales or business development experience in shades, tents, steel fabrication, construction or related industries.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence required.
• Existing industry contacts are an advantage.

Package: Salary based on experience, with performance incentives.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
