Job Description We are looking for an aggressive and knowledgeable Business Development professional with a proven track record in the UAE construction, fit-out, and facility management sector. The ideal candidate excels at reaching decision-makers, building long-term client relationships, executing targeted marketing and sales strategies, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. You must possess deep technical knowledge of our industry to effectively pitch our services and close deals. Responsibilities - Target Decision-Makers: Identify, reach out to, and engage key decision-makers (Project Managers, Facility Managers, Developers, and Consultants) across the UAE. - Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using a systematic approach from lead generation to conversion. - Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to secure recurring contracts and long-term partnerships. - Strategic Approach: Execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns tailored to the UAE building maintenance and decor market. - Technical Pitching: Leverage deep industry knowledge to conduct technical presentations, explain project scopes, and convince clients of our service value. - Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of upcoming construction and maintenance projects, competitor activities, and market trends in the UAE. - Tender & Proposal Coordination: Collaborate with the estimation and operations teams to prepare competitive proposals and winning pitches. - Reporting: Provide regular pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback to management. Requirements - Proven experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or marketing within the UAE’s construction, fit-out, or building maintenance industry. - Deep understanding of the UAE property and facilities market, with an established network of industry contacts and decision-makers. - Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, interior decor, and fit-out works to effectively address client inquiries. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. - Action-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficient in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools. - Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. Working Hours - 9 hours per day , 1 day off per week.
