Business Development Entrepreneur

Overview

As a Business Development Entrepreneur, you’ll identify growth opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and turn promising conversations into business. You’ll combine strategic planning with hands-on sales and collaborate across teams to expand the client base and strengthen market reach. Your impact: By connecting client needs with coordinated solutions, you help customers make informed decisions and support sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and develop opportunities through outreach, discovery, and relationship management.
• Lead business development management activities, including enterprise scaling, sales negotiation, and deal closing.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through clear, responsive client communication and customer relationship management.
• Partner with marketing and other functions to align outreach, proposals, and goals.
• Use project management and strategic management practices to track opportunities, guide team efforts, and advance business goals.

Optional Requirements

• Experience in business development and sales, including client base expansion; enterprise selling experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office for presentations, planning, and reporting.
• Strength in prospecting, relationship management, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Ability to lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to strategic planning and project management.

Definitive Requirements

• As you know, being an entrepreneur takes a certain character type. We are looking more so for a certain type or person, rather than a person who has relevant experience. Although that would be a big plus! We would also be very open to hiring on an 18 year old with no experience, but a huge can-do attitude, a mentality of believing in themselves, and a growth mindset.
• If you are a go getter, with ambitions larger than life. A person who feels like no job is good enough for their true level of ambition. Who doesn't feel content at a standard salaried job. And wouldn’t be content stopping at 20 thousand a month. But would instead always be pushing for the next level, always striving for more, aggressively pursuing knowledge and development to positively impact more lives and build more revenue.
