You will report directly to the Head of Sales, running thoughtful, account-based outreach to finance and treasury teams across councils, statutory entities, family offices, corporates, education and not-for-profits in Australia. Your goal: qualified introductory meetings and demos, booked straight into the Head of Sales' calendar. What You'll Do - Reach senior finance decision-makers through live calls, personalised emails and LinkedIn outreach - Qualify needs and book meetings and demos for the Head of Sales, who hosts every one - Work a focused market of roughly 3,000 wholesale entities, where research and tailoring beat call volume - Build and maintain target lists in Firmable and Pipedrive, finding the right CFOs, Treasurers and Investment Officers - Keep the CRM sharp by logging activity in real time and refreshing outdated contacts - Grow into more: industry research, target recommendations, campaigns and case studies as you develop What You'll Bring - An understanding of how treasury and money markets work, or real keenness to learn it quickly - A confident, composed phone manner with senior finance professionals - Persistence that is consistent and professional, never pushy - Clear, polished written communication - Working proficiency with Firmable and Pipedrive, plus careful record-keeping - Ability to work from the office on 9 to 5 Sydney hours (an early start in Manila) Nice to Have - Experience in finance, treasury or financial-services sales - Writing skill suited to case studies and marketing content What's In It For You - A role designed to grow: start with outreach, then move into research, CRM strategy and content - Direct access to the Head of Sales: weekly 1:1 coaching (more often at the start), plus a weekly sales team call - Real market learning: build genuine knowledge of treasury, term deposits and fixed income Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month Benefits: - Paid training Work Location: In person
