Responsible for conducting marketing research and analysis - Responsible for preparation of project feasibility study monitoring of business development budget, expenses and project cost. - Prepare business proposals, land acquisition reports, and presentations - Participate in negotiations, project meetings, and stakeholder briefings. - Preparing financial analyses to assess project profitability and viability, including projections, feasibility studies, and cash flow.
