Planning and Policy Responsibilities - Develop sales strategies, business plans, and market growth initiatives. - Identify new business opportunities and monitor industry trends. - Coordinate with internal teams to prepare customer solutions, quotations, and proposals. - Conduct regular customer visits and submit weekly reports. - Consolidate sales forecasts and business requirements. B. Operating Environment - Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. - Expand market share by acquiring new customers and competitor accounts. - Monitor industrial zones, new investments, and potential business opportunities. - Maintain good customer relationships and coordinate with internal departments. - Stay updated on industrial gas technologies and recommend business development strategies. Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Engineering Degree preferred, or Business Administration degree and/or equivalent experience. - Experience: Has at least five (5) years of experience in related sales supervisory role. - Skills: Computer literate, can conceptualize and implement sales programs, ability to negotiate and close sales deals, proficient in oral and written communication, excellent managerial skills, customer-oriented.
