# BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST **Royale Cold Storage** · Marilao 3019 P03 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Business Development Analyst is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing merger, acquisition, joint venture, and strategic investment opportunities that support the expansion of cold storage operations across the Philippines. The role focuses on deal sourcing, target screening, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, transaction support, and post-merger integration, with emphasis on targets and partners within industries such as food manufacturing, agriculture, meat processing, seafood, pharmaceuticals, and logistics. The position plays a key role in building the company's inorganic growth pipeline and providing management with rigorous, decision-ready analysis on potential acquisitions, investments, and partnerships. - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. A CPA license, CFA charter (or progress toward it), or MBA is an advantage. - Two to four years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development; exposure to logistics, warehousing, or cold chain is an advantage. - Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, LBO). - Working knowledge of financial statements, PFRS, and the due diligence process. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, Bloomberg) is an advantage. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent deals under tight timelines. - Willingness to travel within the Philippines as needed. - Familiarity with transaction structuring, deal documentation (NDA, LOI, SPA), and Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) merger notification requirements. - High degree of discretion in handling confidential and market-sensitive information.
