This is a hands-on management role reporting directly to the company owner. Key responsibilities: Manage and control daily business operations Supervise sales, administration, installation teams, and contractors Follow up on leads, quotations, ongoing projects, payments, and customer issues Develop new business opportunities and partnerships Improve internal procedures and team accountability Monitor targets, costs, customer satisfaction, and operational performance Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports for the owner Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard Identify problems quickly and implement practical solutions Requirements: Proven experience in business development, operations, or general management Strong leadership and team-management skills Excellent English communication skills Highly organized, responsible, and results-driven Confident working independently and making operational decisions Experience in flooring, interiors, fit-out, construction, or home improvement is strongly preferred UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence are preferred We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the business, maintain control of daily operations, and actively contribute to its growth.
