Business Dev Analyst
About the Role: As a CBRE Business Development Analyst, you will provide administrative support to the team. This includes providing research, client perspectives, and market information that helps support strategic business. This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients. What You’ll Do: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual reports to clients related to economic development incentives performance in regards to budget, internal and external benchmarks, and established goals. Interface with internal CBRE teams and external client teams (construction, legal, payroll, finance, accounting and tax) Gather and analyze investment and employment related data to complete compliance obligations for existing regions. Maintain and optimize incentive compliance program for client portfolios Complete diligence relating to economic development programs and track new legislation impacting incentives and reporting requirements Build and maintain cost models that compare taxes and economic incentives Prepare final deliverables and reports for client review Partner with economic development departments to prepare internal and external summary materials needed for ongoing efforts. Ability to travel domestically (up to 10% a month) as project needs require. Assist CBRE team to drive decisions for future site selection efforts Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of own work. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate license preferred. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. The minimum salary for the Business Dev Analyst position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Dev Analyst position is $70,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
